CSDA's Performing Company members exhibit a high level of commitment to all types of dance. To be eligible to join Performing Company, you must be a least 8 years old with a minimum of five years of training in ballet, jazz, and tap technique. Performing Company is by invitation only. Company members train approximately 10 or more hours per week in all areas of dance, voice and related performing arts.
Company has performed at Knott's Berry Farm, Universal City Walk, and Sea World in San Diego. Company members perform at local and national competitions and are given the opportunity to study with professional artists at workshops, conventions, and master classes throughout California. Our dancer's achievements include:
- Lead and supporting roles in Broadway Shows
- Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet
- Compete on National Television Shows
- Youth America Grand Prix Ballet Scholarship Competition
- Dancers Responding to AIDS
- Scholarships to New York City Dance Alliance
- Host National Television Shows
- Roles in feature films
- Scholarships at Greg Russell "Tap Into the Network"
